We want you to love your purchase from Lavish Boutique; however, if you are not completely satisfied, we accept returns on unworn items with tags attached within 14 days of delivery for store credit. Please note that all clearance items and accessories are final sale to ensure the highest quality for our Jasper customers.

Return Process

  Ensure your items are unworn, unwashed, and still have the original Lavish Boutique tags attached before starting your return.

  Request a Return

  Email our Jasper support team or visit our online portal with your order number to receive a Return Authorization and prepaid shipping label.

  Package Your Items

  Securely pack your items and include the original packing slip to ensure our team can identify and process your return quickly.

• 4.
  Receive Store Credit

  Once your package arrives at our Jasper, AL location, please allow 3-5 business days for us to inspect the items and issue your digital gift card.
